Can I use STELA to report my Fee for Service training too?

The system keeps crashing and referring us to the password screen again - this sometimes then requires us to go through both password screens and sometimes not.

Because your iChains password allows you access into the DFEEST intranet, for security reasons it is set to disconnect users after 20 minutes of inactivity, much like an internet banking website. If your system is crashing at lesser intervals i.e. after 5 or 10 minutes of inactivity, the cause may be your individual or your organisations internet security settings.

Can I change my iChains Password?

IChains provide access through the DFEEST firewall, for security reasons we are unable to change iChain passwords. If you forget your password a new one will be created, call the STELA Helpdesk on 8226 3050.

Where can I get help with using STELA?

You can look up the STELA Online Manual on the Home page of STELA, you can look at specific instruction sheets at http://www.skills.sa.gov.au/Access-our-sites/STELA or you can ring 8226 3050 or email the STELA helpdesk on DSD.StelaHelpDesk@sa.gov.au
