Student Training and Enrolment Logistics Application - NAT Upload
Welcome to Student Training and Enrolment Logistics Application (STELA) NAT Upload system. STELA NAT Upload is an online application enabling Registered Training Organsiations (RTOs) to report their South Australian VET activity in a format that complies with national and state reporting requirements.
All training activity reported through STELA will be submitted to NCVER for inclusion in the National VET Data collection.
Refer to our website for more information on reporting your training activity in South Australia.
Recommended browsers for STELA are Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
RTOs who hold a funding agreement with Skills SA must report all occurrences of funded training activity into STELA on a monthly basis. The cut-off date for reporting is 5pm on the on the second Friday of every month. It should be noted that no extensions can be granted to this deadline, so RTOs are strongly advised to report activity a day or more prior to the cut-off to allow sufficient time to correct any errors. Where RTOs only report Fee for Service activity to Skills SA, this must be done as a minimum on a quarterly basis. For 2023 the dates are:
|Quarter||Training Activity Dates||Deadline to Report to Skills SA|
|1||1 January - 31 March||Closed|
|2||1 January - 30 June||Fri 7 July 2023|
|3||1 January - 30 September||Fri 13 October 2023|
|4||1 January - 31 December||Wed 31 January 2024|
Where you are not able to meet these reporting deadlines, you are requested to contact the STELA helpdesk on the details below.
