Welcome to Student Training and Enrolment Logistics Application (STELA) NAT Upload system. STELA NAT Upload is an online application enabling training providers to report their South Australian VET activity in a format that complies with national and state reporting requirements.

All training activity reported through STELA will be submitted to NCVER for inclusion in the National VET Data collection.

2018 Reporting Deadlines

Training providers delivering publicly funded training to South Australian students must report their VET Training Activity on a quarterly basis. Activity to be reported includes Government funded training, fee for service training and VET in Schools training.

Timelines for reporting are as follows:

The window for reporting your 2017 AVETMISS training activity has now closed. Please contact the STELA helpdesk if you need to make any amendments to your submission.

1	1 January - 31 March	20 April 2018
2	1 January - 30 June	20 July 2018
3	1 January - 30 September	20 October 2018
4	1 January - 31 December	31 January 2019 (Date TBC)
